For three days from October 25th to 27th, 2024, a large-scale Halloween event for cosplayers, "Ikebukuro Halloween Cosplay Festival 2024 Powered by dwango", was held for the 11th year, and 161,000 people visited.

On the first day, the 25th (Friday), the event started at 4:30 p.m., and for the first time, "Pond Hallo Night" was held, where plans such as photo sessions taking advantage of the night view were held. The event will start at 10 a.m. on the 26th (Saturday) and 27th (Sunday), and will be set in the wide area of ​​the East Exit area of ​​Ikebukuro, with photographic areas including Nakaikebukuro Park, Sunshine City, Ike Sun Park, and Higashiikebukuro Central Park. Cosplayers from both Japan and abroad were seen participating.

Cosplay characters for the day include popular games such as "Collapse: Star Rail", "Zenless Zone Zero", "Goddess of Victory: NIKKE", "The Quintessential Quintuplets", etc. There was a wide variety of works, including anime works such as ``Oshi no Ko''. Also, in keeping with Halloween, horror-themed cosplay characters also decorated the event.
